Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónEmployee's were bragging how they can come and go when they want and not be fired or written up. But third shift is held accountable for their actions. Out in the public area. And not help the customers that were waiting in line to check out.
I was in the carwash and the second garage door malfunctioned. It did not open all the way and slammed on the hood of my car trapping me in the carwash. The assistant manager was of no assistance and ignored me. I had to ask how to go about getting a claim for my dented hood. After she helped the carwash attendant with the door for 30 minutes, she handed me a piece of paper to write down my name and number and said she would file a claim. I had to ask her who she was, there was no concern, no apologies, nothing. She just kept helping customers in the store and left me sitting there. I had to contact corporate who also gave me the run around and did not return my call or contact me until 4 days later leaving a message that it was basically my fault I was driving too fast- I WAS IN NEUTRAL, ITS AN AUTOMATIC CARWASH!!!!!!
Old pumps that Don't accept rewards cards. My Mom had to wait 3x more than usual. The teenage clerk didn't understand basic math.
Treat employees like ****. Morning employees would rather be on their cell phones than help customers. Constantly complaining about other employees instead of doing their job. One employee talked of being threatened, so nobody wants to do their job. Morale is dead.
I always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly and quick, making for excellent service. This is definitely the best car wash around!
