The food is fantastic but what is even better is their customer service. I received 2 call backs in a matter of minutes regarding my order change. Love this place! Great food! I had an issue with my gift card but she made sure our order went through and when I went back to see if she had solved it yet she had comped our meal. Brilliant customer service and delicious pizza.

Pizza is good but there’s almost always a super long wait for food. It didn’t look too busy when I arrived but they must have had a ton of takeout orders. 40 mins wait for one pizza. The time before it was the same long wait, although that time the restaurant was packed. How far in advance would I need to place an order online to not have to wait here so long? I’d rather order in restaurant. If you have to order online, Punch Pizza should let customers give their phone number and send a text when their food is ready because I don’t want to order and have my food sitting a long time. I checked online before I came and it looked like there wasn’t a long wait but that must have been wrong. It’s so inconvenient how they seem to prioritize takeout orders. The other locations I’ve been to have never been this bad on wait times. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while or I’ll try to avoid busier times because I can’t always wait 40 minutes.
