Kfc - Saint Peters

Order was wrong. they called did have pot pie. so I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and fries, did not receive fries. should have had a pepsi didnt receive

Food was cold. chicken tenders were the size of a childs finger. sweet tea was sour. forgot the fries and biscuits as well as the sides. honestly trash.

. I was just at this point and ordered a 3 PC chicken sandwich with 2 pages. When I came back to my work, I got a 3 piece of dark meat with 2 legs and one leg. I tried not to get an answer. I was back there and I was told that I was walking around the car. When I got there, the Lord told me I ordered a 3 PC box thighs. I don't like thighs, but he wouldn't give me anything back and I didn't get a reception. I told him I would never come back and give me my box. Don't want to do this facility if they don't do you right.

DO NOT RECOMEND!!! Placed online order. Cannot pick up from lobby have to wait in the drive thru. 1st time thru I was given the wrong order. 2nd time thru I was treated as it was my fault they gave me the wrong order stating I gave them the wrong name. Then they gave me my order and yelled at to keep moving because I wanted to check my order at the window instead of waiting in the line a third time. When I got home the order was still wrong and screwed up. Shorted a piece of chicken in the basket, biscuits smashed, and large fries half full.

Would give 0 if I could. Waited for 20 minutes for our food. We ordered simple meals, the container with the Mac and cheese barely had 2 spoonfuls in it and there was corn mixed in it and tasted like plastic. My husband got the chicken bowl with mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy it comes in a small bowl and not even half the bowl was full and it was bone cold. We didn't receive any utensils so we had to drive back around. Definitely not going back to this location, should've read the reviews first, not sure why this place is still open with such poor service and food quality. Wish I could call corporate but the cashier never gave me a receipt.
