Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónLes Buisses is a gorgeous place, definitely up to a higher standard and even had a dog and cat around the outside sitting area to add to the friendly feel, however not ideal if you have allergies. Les Buisses wasn't particularly foreign friendly as the staff spoke fast French and gave little time to translate the menu. Food quality was adequate however be careful when ordering steak as during my visit I order medium and got bleu, Deserts though were incredible and gave me a high benchmark for future crème brûlée.
Situated in a wooded area on a quiet country lane just outside the village of St Reduit this busy restaurant services delicious food from a short menu always a good sign I think as the ingredients are more likely to be fresh. The home prepared foie gras terrine was delicious as was the selection of grilled fish fillets main course included salmon, red mullet, tuna, swordfish, mackerel). The nougat ice cream with raspberry coulis was a perfect finish to my meal. Prices were very reasonable and the wines not too expensive. Delightful staff made for a very pleasant dining experience. Booking essential.
We booked this splendid restaurant fromm the uk .prior to our Christmas 2016 visit to my wife 's parents. Since we had never visited Les Buisses before, we were a little concerned as to what we might find, but we need not have worried ! The restaurant is certainly not the easiest to find, but wll worth the effort. The restaurant is very clean and very cosy. Since it was Christmas Day, we settled for the Menu de Noel which was amazing. Being a set manu, it is too lengthy to go into here, but the main dish is worthy of mention Filet de boef au giroles, supreme de chapon et sa creme au foie gras . An incredible balance of flavours and beautifully presented.Really, at 45 euros per head it represented superb value and really was the highlight of our Christmas holiday and it is a restaurant to which we will certainly return
We visited with a very large party (3 whole families with little kids to grandparents). The staff and owner/manager were fantastic. I called the same day for a reservation, and they had a perfect set-up for us outside near the kids' play area. The food was delicious and elegant, and, of course, they have a selection of good wines. Excellent quality and very affordable compared to the more touristy places we visited.
A simply excellent Provencal experience, The owner has developed a wonderful way to make your dinning experience as formal or informal as occasion dictates. Truly excellent well prepared cruisine, a gem to stumble upon as you drive through or stay at one of the Gites!
