Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe went to the restaurant last night (the Logis offers two different services: a more affordable and faster brewery side and a restaurant side). A young, dynamic and well-trained team. We find the charm of an old restaurant with not 1 amuse but 2. We arrived at 2 to 7 pm, left at 9:30 pm for a complete menu with drinks. The kitchen is traditional with comforting and very well executed dishes. Pork poached steamed with Nantais butter, Matelotte de ris de veeau and snails with onions grelots and mushrooms. Tasty dishes that remind us of the importance of bread in our gastronomy. Their specialty is the pork foot, well known to the house. Straps of wild boar, loserix great avenor sauce. Thank you very much to the teams it makes a crazy good to find a rich, colorful cuisine that holds us so much to heart. Apéritif, Saint Jacques snackées pulpe de butternut au Lard, Dos de cabillaud au Beurre Nantais et chou fleur, matelotte de ris de veau et scargots. For dessert a truffle of chocolate and hazelnut. All accompanied by a bottle of Saint Estephe 2015 and 2 cafes. Addition of 150 euros that are worth them. We'll return our eyes closed. Thank you Mathieu and thank you to the teams.
