Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI made an online order of two pizzas, one a stuffed pepperoni and the other a regular Hawaiian, a zesty cheesy bread and a crazy sauce. The workers were just hanging around in the back on their phones when I came in. When I got the front counter workersattention they acted like a was dismissive and rude when I asked for the sauce. When I got home I opened the pizzas and realizedthat the Hawaiian had all the toppings slid to the side and basically cooked onto the cardboard box. The pepperoni was so soakedin grease that the bottom was completely soggy. I called to get them remade. The worker was polite on the phone and agreed toremake the pizzas. I checked the pizzas when I got to my car and found both were quite underdone and the pepperoni barely hadany cheese on it. I feel as though they get upset that they had to remake the pizzas. I'm very upset and honestly will never begoing here again. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location either.
Everyone wasn't having a good time. 1 man had put his order in an hour ago and then finally after standing at the counter for 20 additional minutes got his order. Another had a girl throw away his recept then had staff treat him horrible when he asked forhis single pizza. Me and my roommate ordered a pizza was told 10 minutes then 20 minutes later had to go up and ask about itonly to be told it was burnt and they are just now re-cooking it. 2 of the guys were trying to be helpful but seemed kinda youngand clueless. Then every girl employee working the front was quiet, rude, and just seemed to not care they had 6 customerswaiting for 20+ minutes. This is my 3rd time coming and everytime has been worse than the last.
Called for a half pep half cheese. He said 10 mins it should be ready. I showed up 15mins later to window and he asked me to park up front and wait because they barley threw it in the oven. All while laughing at their own mistakes????????. Didn't offeranything to make up my time wasted. I went to Papa Murphy's instead. If im gonna wait might as well go place an order with themand wait for it to bake in my own oven.
So obviously I don?t except a gourmet experience from Little Caesar?s but this was just awful. I ordered on the app and chose the drive through option. When I arrived, the line was long and blocking traffic in the shopping center so I decided to park andgo in. Inside there was a disorganized group of people standing around and I had no idea who was waiting to order and who wasjust picking up food. The employees seemed confused and unsure how to handle things. I was finally able to get someone?sattention and get my pizza. When I got it home it was somehow both overcooked and underdone. Honestly though I don?t blame thepeople working. They all seemed like overwhelmed kids with little to no training that don?t get paid enough. I blame themanagement and ownership of this business for not preparing their staff well enough to run it properly.
I Was just there an hour ago. the staff is really young and don?t have the best customer service. I wasn?t even done with my order and the girl in the drive through window was already cutting me off and telling me to come around the drive thru again in10min. I had ordered ranch and I know it cost money and she didn?t even add it on the bill but she continued to ?shoo? me off.She didn?t hand me the receipt so When I went back another staff gave me my order and charged me again as far as I know for theranch that was supposed to be in the initial bill. They roll their eyes as if it?s the customers fault that they have to work.Management should require mandatory modules for employees to review before being placed as a cashier and attending customers. Iwas having a great day but their bad moods turned my day around. I kept manners and even apologized for asking for the ranchthat I ordered. The food was good and well cooked I just really wish there was a better interaction.
