Chick-fil-a Taylorsville

We had to wait for our dog to be attended to, but I must say, your facility is impressively clean. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I opened my bag, I was delighted to find a lovely note inside that truly brightened my day, especially since I was handling the order for my two kids and myself all on my own. Don't forget to try your seasonal peppermint chip shake; it's a must-have every year! I also wish the playground was open, as it would provide a great activity for the children.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff takes the time to make sure your order is accurate. I've visited several times and only encountered a mistake once; I received small fries instead of the large ones I had paid for. However, when I returned, they quickly corrected the issue without any hassle. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service here.

I generally have a pretty good experience at this Chick-fil-A. However, I believe that Chick-fil-A is somewhat overrated. The food is good, but not exceptional. I do love their frozen lemonades, which are simple enough to make at home. In the past, when it was difficult to find good fast food chicken, this was the go-to spot, but these days there are several other places that offer better options.

My family just went through this area on a road trip. I don't leave any reviews... As always... but I really had to share what I experienced here. I have heard who I accept is the manager/owner who speaks with three different high school staff. The way he spoke to each of them with such kindness and respect has earned my attention. I am not an ordinary observer, because this to receive my attention 3 separate times says something. He made a point to tell these children what a great job they did, what exactly he noticed about their work, and attain goals for them. I wish I got his name to see if he had a manager I could share with. That was a busy Saturday night and I really liked it. Good work on this CFA management!

Always love Chick-fil-A. The service is always phenomenal. The employees are happy. They know they will be busy and are great at moving people through quickly.
