There was no chicken, no salad leaves, no fajita veggies no brown beans left. At this point did not even know what to order. So got salad with only 4 leaves, steak no beans no fajita veggies with corn salsa and avocados, great choice except everything was priced extra. There was only one employee cooking chicken in the back (30 minutes wait for chicken to be cooked meanwhile two others up front were discussing how they get customers who order everything on their burritos, and they have hard time making the burritos. While I did not order the burritos but I felt they had better things to do such as cooking food instead of discussing “disgusting customer” —the words girls were using.
Absolutely a horrible experience. They do not have enough people to cover both walk ins and take out. There was 12 people waiting for take out, with 10 orders and 30 minutes behind. Same thing happened at Fort Union Chipotle, where they just cannot keep up with orders. I was looking for a reason to go back to Cafe Rio or Costa Vida and today, I think I found it.
Chipotle been slacking on its proportions.. was eating my burrito bowl and was left with SLOP Ordered a normal amount of chicken and beans but the whole bowl was halfway full of 80% guacamole and sour cream . Speaking of the bowl, It was BARELY HALFWAY FULL when I got it. Minimum wage workers deserve less than they make
Furious!! Just left right now. I purchased a Barbacoa salad and when they rang me up it was over $20! I said how could it be they said we charge you double meat I said no I asked her to put more meat because her initial serving was really small they stood there and try to fight me and I said are you going to charge me regular for this or am I going to leave… they said they were not going to do it so I left ! I want the name and phone number to the OWNER… Not the manager, the owner so I can report this
Please give this manager and this front line worker a raise or bonus or recognition! We had a company lunch that DoorDash canceled so we went in person to make our order. This team made over 70 burritos while managing the normal lunch rush. Amazing work and show of putting the customer needs first.
