Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe had early reservations at 5:30 for 5 people and called to see if we could have a table for 8, three more. The hostess said it wasn't possible. So, I told the other three guests that they wouldn't be able to join us. When we sat five, it was on a big table set for six, but could easily record our full group of 8. The restaurant was largely empty this hour, 17:30. Not impressed by the hospitality. Food and waiters were good, although not worth the price. The empty rooms in our taable and the restaurant, which was from an indifferent hottest was a real branch. Too many better decisions for this customer service. Not likely to return.
The 3 different bottles, if wine, were all not in stock. The deputy was finally OK.
Great food and service. Also very clean and nice restaurant.
Our waiter was to busy to show much attention to us unfortunately. When you’re paying such a high price for a place like this, you really do expect better service. We had to ask for refills, and for the bill. Sides were not that great.
Specifically said on BOTH Martinis NO VERMOUTH!!! Was not honored at all and no one around to rectify situation until far too late. We just drank bad drinks. We weren’t offered bread for some reason. When we finally got someone’s attention to ask for it, it came far too late also. Steaks were requested medium and medium rare. BOTH WERE VERY RARE!!!! I have eaten at Ruth’s for over 25 years all over the Country and this was by far my worst experience EVER!!!
