Dairy Queen - San Antonio

I give this review to estaban. he is an excellent Mgr/Blei I am not sure. but he needs an increase/movement. I went from cold to boiling when I got my order with ice that was over my hand and not serviette. he was so kind that sometimes it is not a free object. he said he would make sure that the workers have more mindfulness. I appreciate that. he is. is good, but small is not small when it is 1/2 away to the cup. 3 stars for this part. my mind was more important than the product. He saved this for me.

Worse place ever. We ordered a simple kids meal and 2 ice cream. The workers were not doing their job and losing tickets. If you have time to waste Go there bc there is nothing fast in this fast food place

Went to get a banana split ,got a bit of ice cream looks like half a banana. things are getting smaller by the day seems it depends on the employee. couldn't find fall a star that's what the rating is

Very inconsistent. Have been three times the last month. First two times were awesome. Good hot food short wait and ice cream was so good. The last time was not so good. Ice cream was made before food order and sat at the window for at least 10 mins before it was given to us so needless to say our blizzards were more like a milk shake. We were over charged then when it was finally all sorted and a refund was given for the overcharge we still waited 10 mins for our food to be ready. We did request new blizzards to be made they then made us wait another 5 mins for that. Waited 30 mins total for fast food

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and when we got home to eat there was no bacon in either burger. Really disappointed we paid so much and our order still wasn't right. Make sure to check the food even if they say it's correct.
