Arby's - San Bernardino

I am quite disappointed with my visit to this Arby's location. The parking lot felt unsafe and was overcrowded with transients. The fried food I received seemed stale and not fresh. The lettuce on my sandwich had a slimy texture, and the tomato was both gritty and mushy. The roast beef was unexpectedly hard and crispy. To top it off, the strawberry pie tasted like fried chicken, and my chicken tenders appeared undercooked. Even the milkshake had a taste reminiscent of mold! Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. Date of visit: 11/14/22 at 2:00 PM.

This restaurant can be described as professional, clean, and offering fresh food. My root beer was perfect, and the meal truly hit the spot! Your team certainly provided excellent quality. I’m looking forward to returning in the future! It was definitely my pleasure to help tidy up the outside and contribute to the value you bring to this place. Stay strong and safe out there!

Folks are sleeping in Arby's. They made it through the pandemic, that says something. Their chicken sandwich is better than Popeyes and cheaper. It's like old KFC days.

Terribly Sad location. Low standard of service and freshness of your food you worked hard to purchase. SMH. MY BEEF AND CHEDDER WAS STRAIGHT UP STALE AND COLD AF!!

I had a very long wait in the drive-thru. I wouldn't recommend the Two for $6 Chicken Ranch sandwiches; they were cold and lacked flavor. The cheese looked like it had just come out of the refrigerator. I ended up throwing away the second sandwich, and to top it off, there were no napkins included in the bag.
