Cold Stone Creamery - San Diego

The staff member was incredibly enthusiastic, and the ice cream was delicious. I would definitely recommend it!

I have visited this location on San Diego Ave several times. I've followed the hours listed on their website, which states they open at 11 AM, but each time I've gone, they weren't open. I tried again this Saturday around 1 PM, and once again, it was closed. Please consider updating the hours on the website or posting a schedule on the door that the staff will adhere to.

Everytime we stay at the hotel right above Cold Stone, we always come here. Never have we been dissapointed! Super clean establishment. Yes the lines are long but hey, It's Cold Stone! The staff is always friendly and patient, specially to my 3Boys. There was a promotion through Nintendo Switch and there were some Nintendo Figurines on display, my oldest son asked howto get them. Unfortunately they were not For Sale, a employee took them as display. This employee went above and beyond toadversite for the promotion...who does that?! Super awesome! Overall no complains and we been visiting for a little over 3yrs(twice a yr) ????????

Ice cream was delicious. Nice spot to go get some sweet frozen dessert.

If you're going to post your operating hours publicly, please stick to them. I arrived at 9:50 PM with my wife and daughter, only to find the place already closed. If your staff wants to leave early, consider updating your closing time to match when you stop taking orders. Gas is expensive, and it’s frustrating to drive all the way from La Mesa for this.
