This restaurant is one of the greatest Chinese restaurants I’ve been to if not the best. The food is the highest quality food and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Will definitely come again.

Absolutely outstanding shanxi Chinese restaurant. Freshly pulled noodles, perfect amount of heat, and so much flavor in everything. Truly special and a great value. Can't wait to come back.

It 's not too easy to find places in this country that make a good biangbiang noodles, but all the noodles here are soft and springy, never too hard or mushy. Their soups and sauces are just the right balance of tart, spicy, and salty. I always love looking at the beautiful interior decoration, an interesting modern take on traditional chinese wild nature aesthetics; with rough branches on the walls and traditional art like opera masks and shadow puppets, the atmosphere is top notch. It 's a good place for a date, a hangout with friends, or a nice outing with family. It 's a more intimate setting, so it 's better for small groups than large ones.

Per urban legends, Chinese restaurants that use rude waiters are the most authentic. Imagine my surprise when I saw sliced Cantonese sausages in their Biang-biang noodle dish.
