Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe had a wonderful experience at this sushi restaurant. We visited early in the evening (with a young child), and the service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. When we arrived at 5:30 PM on a Friday, there were several families dining, making it a very family-friendly atmosphere. By the time we left, more of the typical SoMa crowd of twenty-somethings had taken over. The food was excellent, maybe a bit on the expensive side, but considering the quality and service, I can't really complain.
Visit this place during happy hour because the sushi roll prices are fantastic! The sushi is beautifully presented, and the drinks are excellent as well. There aren't many sushi restaurants in the Mission Bay area, but this is my top choice whenever I'm in the vicinity and craving sushi. However, if you're a sushi purist, this might not be for you! The atmosphere is very clean and modern.
Some of the best sushi we've had in San Francisco. Their rolls were fantastic, and the nigiri was incredibly fresh. Our favorite was probably the Papa San roll, but the cherry trout was also outstanding. They even curated a sake flight for us, and all four sakes were delicious. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Good quality sushi in a neighborhood that needs more restaurants serving good quality anything. Amazing bar and sake selection. I've never seen more varieties of gin, and I like gin. Some of the rolls are pretty creative, but the fish is good enough to stand on its own.
It's kinda weird how this place opens only at night, and is literally behind closed curtains, but overall the experience was great. The food was original, ginger beer is perfect, and reasonably priced for a sushi place. I'll be going back there for sure to try more dishes.
