Chick-fil-a - San Jose

Quick and simple great comfort food if this is what your looking for! They have chicken noodle , Mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets with alot of different dipping sauces to choose from... ohhh and the peppermint shake around the holidays so delicious . If your thinking about it just do it so good !

Most staff was friendly. The older man who was cleaning the whole time was most helpful. He showed people where things were. He cleaned the smallest details and he smiled a lot. He was nice and help to us too. Food was luke warm. Chicken sandwiches were older since cheese was not melty on the sandwich... Fries and nuggets were not crispy at all. I dont like that since Chick Fil A is expensive for my family of 4 and myself to eat there. Spent a lot of money atleast 10 bucks for each of us almost. Its a treat for us to eat at Chick FIL A and we try to go atleast once a month... but since this is the second time we went... I think we are over it. The kids area needed a cleaning spray wipedown since it smelled in there. I think that refills or later ice cream pick up should have priority over food uber pick ups.

The food was out promptly and is consistently very fresh. The highlight of this past experience on Nov 8 1:30pm was Johnny. He was so attentive and cleared finished items off our table and offered to refill drinks. He truly made this fast food experience feel like a dine in restaurant with his friendly demeanor and excellent customer service.

Too many people in my face, three people in the drive thru. So how many times does my food get touched before I get it to many people there not everyone is working you all don't know how to manage
