It's Just Wings - San Jose

I didn't realize this was a Chili's. I picked up my order, hoping for the best, but once I got home, all the wings were disappointing. The fries were soggy as well. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

The wings were fantastic, but the deep-fried Oreos were a bit dry and could have benefited from some red sauce.

The Santa Fe sauce was definitely the highlight of my meal. However, I wouldn't recommend the dry rubs, as they hardly provide any flavor on the chicken. The sweet sauces tasted almost like candy, which made them nearly inedible for me; thankfully, ranch dressing was included as a dip. The fries were soggy, but given the price I paid, I found it acceptable. The boneless wings were slightly better than nuggets, but the meat inside was a bit dry.

I ordered 16 bone-in wings in two flavors. The chili sauce wings were tasty, but unfortunately, the Buffalo wings were served without any sauce. As usual, the fries were soggy.

Avoid ordering from this restaurant! The customer service is dreadful. I placed an order via DoorDash and tried to call to make some changes, but they didn’t answer for 10 minutes. When they finally picked up, they informed me it was too late because my food was already prepared. Clearly, I called just 10 minutes ago! If you're going to run a business, make sure you have enough staff to handle it properly. Giving them 1 star is generous—they deserve none.
