One minute after placing my order, my ramen was brought to my table. The texture of the noodles was off, and the broth was no better than water. My grilled squid was cold and chewy. The meal was so bad that I couldn't even finish it. I will never step foot in that place again.
WHY THIS PLACE SHOULD BE A THREE:(I tried two bowls to compare) This may be the best in the area, but I’ve tasted better quality and flavor elsewhere. I can taste the carelessness in their soup base. Tastes bland and plain. Nearly tastes like water in comparison to authentic ramen. Too expensive. $25 a bowl. Smells plain. No music in store. Employees are nice and sweet.Try bowls other than the Seafood and Chicken.
Me and my girlfriend love to actually taste different food. Working in the food service, everything looks the same. We love this place, because it provided our paladar with new ground. I ordered the rib ramen. Love that the ramen is euphoria and the ribs are delicious.Food: 5/5
For the tonkotsu there are good things like how quickly it is served the portion of the pork slice, portion size. But I wish it was more creamy, and the egg was not hard boiled and cold. Spice level was solid. I would like to come back to try a more creamy ramen. The squid was also good but it was a lot to eat. Spend 27 dollars for the squid and the ramen, it might be overly on the price but that's okay. There was parking and it wasn't busy. You pay up front too before eating.*toilet seat needs to be fixVegetarian options: There are vegetarian ramen with soy brothParking: Shared with the plaza but plentiful.
Can’t speak on the meat ramen, but the veggie ramen was pretty flavorless, unfortunately. Especially at that $17 price point.
