Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe Stuffed Chile Burrito was absolutely delicious! I would rate the food a perfect 5, along with the service and atmosphere, both of which also deserve a 5.
I was disappointed with the breakfast burrito. For ten bucks, I expected something better, especially compared to what I remember from years ago—it was fantastic back then, but now it's not the same at all. The combination of potato, ham, beans, and cheese was poorly balanced, resulting in a messy dish with bland flavors. A little salt, pepper, and maybe some onion or garlic powder during cooking would have made a significant difference. The potatoes were overly mushy and lacked any crispy texture, while the ham was tough and clearly low quality, with that typical added water. It seemed like it had been tossed in at the last minute instead of being grilled with the eggs. The eggs also looked like they were cooked separately rather than mixed in with the ham or potatoes. The beans and cheese were decent, and the salsa and tortilla were good too, but overall, it wasn't something I would want to eat again. The low quality and lack of proper cooking technique were evident.
The food here is fantastic! However, they could improve on how they take orders and definitely need more space for customers. The prices are reasonable, and the food is definitely worth the wait. Keep in mind that parking is very limited, and this is primarily a take-out spot. For dinner, expect to spend around $10–20 per person.

Panchitas Restaurant is located on the south end of the City of San Luis. The restaurant is quaint, clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Known for their amazing breakfast foods the restaurant also offers lunch specials like birria and beef with red sauce. They close at open at 3 a.m. for the ag crowd and close at 2 p.m. Definitely worth the visit.
