Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónVisiting the environment, under the Christmas period, I decided to buy 3 their panettoni, of which 2 with special package in tin and 1 defected in the form they sold at discounted price. I paid in total, 76€ .. a nice little figure, above the average of other realities, but aware as the quality of the ingredients, the skill and the genius are paid. Their employee was very convincing, describing the product as exceptional, exported in thousands of specimens to the most demanding foreign markets, composed of ingredients and amalgames of the highest quality, the pleasant and intoxicating aromas coming from their adjacent laboratories, then they easily convinced me. Once home, we waited for Christmas to taste desserts in the family. With my great disappointment, expectations were enormously disregarded. At the opening, I thought I found the heart deeply yellow, scented with eggs, vanilla, yeast and alchemy sopraffini inside them, the basic requirements practically for a high-level artisan product, but so it was not. The acre perfume, pungent, a bit chemical, recalled more industrial production, the elements were clearly not balanced and untied, the dry texture, the taste under expectations. Sorry, but my vote is 4. I define myself as a connoisseur of panettoni, colombe and leavevitati in generis, so as to be a point of reference between the family, friends and acquaintances who seek advice and often, under the holidays I pray to make the purchase on their behalf, selecting the best products and is a task that I assume with enormous passion and seriousness. I hope that from real autochthonous Friulani of the Natisone valleys, they can at least produce a decent owl, which personally purchase from my trust producer at the center of Cividale.
Prices from boutiques, low quality of products, I remember years ago, quality from AVA was far better.
Closely hidden place that absolutely does not invite to enjoyment. It doesn't even look like a place, but a factory. Actually, inside you consume the artisan magic of the pastry shop. Colomba to pistachio, very appreciated, to 25 euros. Honest price for a quality product. Service: Take out
