Third time here, hands down best restaurant in San Salvador. I've been to most of the nicer ones, but this wins every time. The service is perfect, the food is delicious and consistent, and the atmosphere is not overbearing. I can't say enough good things about the staff though. They know how to time the plates and their presence is perfectly timed. If you only have one night, come here. The wine selection, although not extensive, pairs perfectly with the food, and if you don't know a lot about wine, their recommendations will not disappoint.
