We ordered two meals. My wife only got the orange chicken dish and I got an orange chicken and chicken teriyaki menu. We both have fried rice. The chicken teriyaki tasted a little. It was also in a separate small box (very strange. I added a few pieces to the meal and eat it with some rice. It was terrible. I didn't eat the rest. The orange chicken was good, like my wife's orange chicken and rice. Later as night I experienced some of the worst nausea and vomiting in my life. I have a place like this sworn that serves foods that may sit for an unknown time at an unknown temperature. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.
I haven?t been here I a while because of a few bad experiences. I decided to tray it again. It?s been about a year. I wasn?t too disappointed. Food was fresh! It was good. Only suggestion is don?t let the cabbage take over the noodles. Too much onion and cabbage in the chow main but other then that, I was impressed with my meal.
Friendly and fast service, very attentive and kind staff too. Food was fresh and delicious. Best experience I've had from a panda in a long time.
I'll start by saying Im 37. I have been to thousands of restaurants in my life.... This place gave me the worst service of my life, by far! I'm comparing this to every restaurant I have ever been to even Mc Donalds. Staff is rude and food was horrible! Like we couldn't even eat it. First I ordered at the drive thru and they told me to pull around and they would bring the food to my car. After sitting there and watching 5 people get orders (about 15min) I walk up and ask about my order. She rudely replied to wait in my car and someone will bring my food. After about 10 more minutes and 4 more people picking up their order, I go up again and was told the same thing. I had to argue to get her to look at my receipt and after she did, she walked back and started making my order finally. At this point I was just happy to have my food and be able to leave. So after making sure I had my sauce (cuz they will forget that every time at this location) I made my way home only to find this. CHECK PICTURE. This is so upsetting to me and my family. $24 for this? I expect more from a restaurant that charges so much for their food. I will be calling their Corporate office. I had to delete a previous bad review to post this. Thats how bad this place is! Do not go here unless you want to over pay for poor customer service and worse food!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered chow mein and all I got was cabbage! My shrimp was slimy and cold! And the crab angels were practically empty!This meal was not worth the $30 i spent on it. Whats more disappointing is that my family has not gotten taken out since the quarantine started and this was supposed to be a special surprise for my kids. They didn't even eat it, its all in the trash. If I didn't wait 30 minutes in the first place, I would've went back and returned it. This location is terrible!!!
