There are various types of lentils that are used to make dal in India. The lentils are first pressure cooked and then spiced up with various condiments like red chilli powder and garam masala, and also diced onions and tomatoes. And while all types of dal are absolute favourites at home and in restaurants alike, the one that does justice to 'best taste, no time waste ' is the classic Tadka Dal. *Must try*
Its fine. Food is affordable for middle-class families/people. Its just that the place is open and sometimes bugs and all land in your food cause the place is a bit bright.
I ordered two plates of tandoori gizzard take away.. The potion is very less compared to any other tandoor in margao.. It would hve been better if I had ordered full tandoori chicken with little more money.. Other places the tandoori gizzard cost 90Rs per plate and here it's 120Rs. Only difference here is less potion and more of money
