We then get a call that they are out of everything so I cancelled and was assured I'd be refunded. I was charged and 1 week later still waiting to be refunded. We decided to go in and maybe just get we had ordered and call it even. Again 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday and they are out of everything. I've never been to a Subway that was run so bad. Lost my business.
Great customer service! Food is what you expect from an other Subway chain. Clean and tidy.
I normally like subway, but this location is terrible. But service, the were a little bother when I ask for extra pickles. The place was really clean which is the only thing that I really like from there.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Very rude and charged me for their mistakes.
The new manager is not very customer service oriented. I won't return here until he's gone.
