When I called them to let them know, they missed the gravy, and they got my side order wrong. Called the restaurant and said they had limited items. When I got the order again, they again messed up. The chicken was. undercooked, and the mash potatoes were very bland. It must be the location because they are usually pretty good.
I advise no one to go to this place they are very rude, they don't wear gloves while they touch the food of people that I do doorbag and over every time when I got a command from this restaurant I had nothing but problems had to wait 20 minutes until they finally say that they only did the order, then the manager goes and wants to call my wife a b * and do my wife was not touching her once
I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered dinner online and received a confirmation that it would be ready 8:30pm. The site stated closing at 10pm. Upon arrival the dining room was closed with a note that revised hours were 9pm close and to come to the drive thru. Went through the drive thru 2 times with no response. Two calls to the store number with no pickup. Finally flagged someone in the store down and she said my order was cancelled (it was not, and the charge is still on my bank card…nor was I notified in any way), and that they close at 8pm. What a mess…
I Love Boston Market, they have the best chicken by far, However... Lake Mary location nearly every time dissapoints me! I ordered today 2 whole chickens, had to wait in the drive through 20 minutes! Chicken was half cooked as always at this location! Some one needs to do something! Either fix the ovens or change the cooking time! This is becoming ridiculous! This place makes uncooked food and nothing is changing for years! My wife happened to bring home an individual meal from another store today so we had a great chance to compare! Do something! One year later, 10/06/20, ordered whole chicken all dark, server ignored all Dark received again, half cooked, under seasoned Chicken! Absolutely nothing changed! 2 years later, 03/05/22, was told to wait at drive through and forgotten for 5-8 minutes. When called the server they had no idea I was there. I asked what is the deal, the said under staffed and sold out. They could have told me 10 min earlier. I ordered what they had... They even offered and gave me a free Pie for the wait, which was nice. When I got home I was shocked. I got a whole chicken although asked several times to slice it. The chicken was under cooked, tasteless and pale, it looked like they picked up the chicken from Winn Dixie. The sides were half full, and the Pie seemed under cooked as well. Embarrassing.
I wish I could give a negative star. Because this location doesn't even deserve the one star. I keep giving this location a try, thinking they were going to get their stuff together. Three times is a strike for me. Never have half of the menu available. This manager needs to be fired. If you can't keep your store stocked, then you don't deserve the position. If you are missing something, you go borrow from another store until your shipment arrives and pay back. I feel bad for the employees. Because they have to take the brunt of the customers being upset, while the manager just sits back and doesn't make changes. Will never recommend this store or eat at this store again.
