Subway - Santa Ana

The load was the only one close to me who was open late, but gott that they did not deserve! was supervised by an uncompetent person who does not know their products! that is not true! it was expensive! in the last minute you could hardly see the sign for the subway because all cars for the other facility were parked next door. the inboxes were not easily recognizable directly from the hit. would not recommend this situation to all!

I came to this subway a few times, but his bad customer service. his next subway to me, so I came here. I tried to get a sandwich 20 minutes before closing time, but both doors were locked and no worker was in front. I noticed that the worker was behind and I tried to knock on both doors to get their attention. I called the number twice and they just ignored me. will not come back and I recommend them to take their money differently where.

Honestly i hate this location i highly recommend not coming here if i could give them zero stars i would the staff look so miserable the way they prepare the food is bearly any meat and if you order at night the card reader is never working this only happens with one cashier the same cashier all the time says the card reader doesnt work cash only she says this after she makes the sandwich this location is horrible and needs major improvement

I really hate when I am being extra nice to someone when I don 't have to be as a customer and they are being rude to me, the customer, while they are AT WORK! This happened this morning at 3am. I was doing an online order and right before hitting send we called to make sure they were open. The lady said yes but they were not doing any toasted sandwiches. Well, it hadn 't dawned on me. One of the sandwiches we ordered was under the new melted category on the website. Anyway, when we arrive and go in to pick everything up, Jessica pops off with an attitude I told you on the phone we aren 't doing anything toasted! She also claims she just had gotten the order that we had sent in quite a bit earlier. She acted the whole time like we were putting her out. It 's really off-putting when people in the service industry act like this, especially when you 're trying to change the mood. If you don 't like people, don 't get a job where you will have to deal with them! ‍ I did give 2 stars for the food. The sandwiches were good but dang girl, change that tude!
