Very good food. Surprised that they charge for every small bowl of salsa as well as chips.

Very disappointing they now charge for chips and salsa. Seems petty. Especially when paying the massive mark up on alcohol. If the owner reads this please find another way to sharpen your profit.

Have been going here for years about once every month or two. Food is always very good. Service usually good too and ambience is great. Unfortunately, they made the very bold and unpopular decision to start charging $3.50 for each order of chips and salsa (previously free like virtually every Mexican restaurant) AND they charge $1.50 for a salsa refill. Not even included if you order one of their $20+ meals. I get it at a lower margin lower end quick serve place, but doesn’t make sense here at all. I feel bad for the wait staff who now have to tell every table the bad news.

The ambience and service is very nice however the food was just OK. May of the dishes including the fish tacos and the ceviche were dry. In addition, they now charge for chips and salsa. With the prices they charge (highest in the city), you would think they could afford to give chips and salsa at no charge.

I am not pleased with the new policy of charging for chips and salsa. I would rather see a small increase in the cost of food or drink.
