One garnish plate is enough for two people, but you'll definitely want to add the heavenly bean sprouts to the soup. It's one of my favorite soups in Santa Fe. The third dish I tried was the banana cake, which is made with black beans and sticky rice. It's absolutely worth sampling! It could be enjoyed as either an appetizer or a dessert.
I absolutely love Saigon Cafe! It’s consistently fantastic and has a dedicated following for a reason. I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new: the curried tofu soup. It did come with a warning about its spiciness, but I loved it! The flavors are complex and it's incredibly warming on a cold day. Bravo to Saigon Cafe, you truly are excellent!
My favorite spot in town! I've always received excellent service, and the food is both delicious and comforting, offering a wide variety of options at an affordable price (especially considering Santa Fe standards).
My cousins and I ordered the beef pho, and it was absolutely perfect. Some of my other cousins tried the fried rice with shrimp, and it was really delicious as well! We highly recommend this restaurant!
One of my favorite places in town! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu; I often alternate between the classic pho and the lo mein combination with beef, chicken, and shrimp. The owners and staff are always very friendly as well, and the quality has remained consistently high.
