Wendy's - Santa Fe

Very poor service! No help at the drive thru window. We were told to wait 1 second, and waited 10 minutes plus, with no one in front of us, and still got no service, plus we tried to ask for help and no one responded, just looked at us through the window and didn?t help us. Do not recommend this fast food restaurant.

Came early to get breakfast and they didn?t even have a breakfast menu up. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and no one would take my order I then called and they said their drive thru would open at 7:30 which was already 7:40 when I was there then after waiting so long a guy said they didn?t have anything made and that it would be a while till they would open because breakfast wasn?t ready and that lobby would not open because they have 2 people ???? So

Good food n good service! we always get the $5 biggie bags here! can not beat the price n u get a little of everything. try it because chili n hot sauce!

Has some of the best service of any Wendy’s I’ve ever been, they were super nice and made sweating when we ordered and made it a fun environment and we are very courteous for me and the other guests

Our food was good, but they had no sweet tea. Maybe they only have sweetened tee in the south. the food was done quickly.
