Baia Dei Fenici - SANTA FLAVIA

We visited on a Sunday evening and it was fairly busy. We hadn't booked, but were lucky to be allocated a table overlooking the sea. The food is very good. I thought the mixed seafood starter to be one of the highlights, especially the smoked swordfish. It was a shame that my youger daughter's pizza was forgotten and not served until we had all finished our main courses.

Was excellent. I met owner few months ago while I was looking place where to celebrate birthday of my daughter, each next time I was going to Baia dei Fenici I was assigned to Sonia, wonderful and excellent professional who take very well about us and our needs. I had the Easter fish menu, just 36 euros. The meal was brilliant. The service, for me, was perfect but usually I go in larger crowds and talk more. I do like restaurants where they give you time to digest and talk. The only thing I didn 't like was the floppy wet skin on the fish. Had it been served either with crispy skin or no skin it would have been 100%. Obviously a lot of thought went into the menu. I would love to go there again soon. Everything was included. I went there 8 years ago and it was brilliant then too. funny fact. The A/C had a red light switched on but it was neither hot nor cold.

Beautiful location, overlooking the sea and makes the evenings harmonious, enriched by a great welcome followed by special dishes served by very professional staff.

Beautiful location, but brought leave to want. One of these for example was mussel soup. 20% of the mussels were already cooked, so I had to discard them. I hadn't been there for about ten years and I could go there again.
