I ordered on the app and received our order quite quickly. All 3 orders were missing major ingredients including cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole that I paid extra for. Tried calling and sat on hold with robobot auto line and finally walked to restaurant only to be greeted by rude employees and am now on hold with corporate because apparently the store doesn't want to deal with the fact that they missed multiple ingredients. I still don't understand how that happened. I looked at the receipt and all the right ingredients are on there. I was already upset as I am home sick and just trying to get my family fed easily and quickly but the rudeness of the employee staff set me on fire. Oh and did I mention im still on the phone with the number the store gave me to call yep 40 minutes in and still waiting.
I ate here on a recent Sat. just after noon and there was a small crowd. I had a meal of a burrito A Big Mofo! ! chips guac iced tea. A great belly filling meal but also a bit pricey. Dang You Inflation !!
Has to be the all time worse experience with Chipotle I've ever had and that's being a frequent customer in multiple cities. I had three orders and all three were wrong. I even double checked the receipt and the receipt had the right ingredients. After trying to call I was greeted by an automated line that wouldn't let speak to a live person. The order was delivered quickly but I ended up having to walk to Chipotle to get my order fixed. The lead gal had no interest in my issue, just took the bag and threw it in the trash and told me I had to call a number which I'm still on hold with by the way 27 minutes and counting. She finally agreed to remake the order after I complained multiple times and she was quite reluctant to do so. I can see why people get upset and talk rudely to some vendors as I just wanted to yell however I know that's not the way to handle it and I just stayed persistent until they replaced my order with the correct order.
Pretty efficient store. Didnt have wrong orders so far and people there are nice.
