Food was amazing- a unique blend of flavors. The noise level was quite high; but, other than that, delicious and highly recommend!

Food was classic contemporary Peruvian,with the best CA ingredients, and a beautiful presentation. Fantastic. Service was friendly but slow, but it made the experience more enjoyable, not rushed. We are delighted that such a superb chef would host a casual place. A wonderful experience, though the noise level was trying.

The food was amazing! The ceviche was exceptional, and I really hope they bring back the foie gras churro.

During our visit to Malibu, we suddenly craved Peruvian food. We stumbled upon Once on Yelp, since it was the nearest Peruvian restaurant, and made a reservation through OpenTable. We didn't have high expectations, but to our surprise, we received warm and enthusiastic service from every staff member, and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We’ve been eagerly looking forward to Chef Zarate's delicious meals again! Every dish we ordered was just as flavorful as we hoped! We really appreciate when the Chef comes out to greet us and thank us for our visit!
