We have visited this location several times, but this will be our last visit for lunch or dinner. There always seems to be a wait in the drive-thru, regardless of how busy it is. The quality of the food has ranged from okay to poor during our visits, often featuring dry, overcooked items and insufficient condiments on the burgers. Our orders are frequently incorrect. On this occasion, we waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru while the staff engaged in conversation with another customer before anyone attended to us. I ordered a bacon double western and was charged for it, but received a single bacon western instead. I didn't realize the mistake until we were in the next town over. The cali burger we ordered had barely any sauce on it as well. It felt like no one cared about their work. We really enjoy Carl's Jr., but we won't be returning to this particular location for quite some time.
