I shop every day and it was always correct, but today I had to leave my review. I had the opportunity today to witness some downtime on the computer, but the women who work provided a high level of service to all present customers with such dexterity, kindness and speed. Really hats off and congratulations! They don't take the smile off their faces for all that, even if they were really tense, as far as I could tell. Well done!!! I hope that your employees are well paid for such effort and professionalism. Bravo, bravo...

A good way to start your morning, when the saleswoman behind the pastry counter rolls her eyes and cheekily answers your questions. The products are delicious, but for the service I pay and the salary the lady receives, I expect at least a smiling face, good morning and refrain from sarcastic and ironic comments. After all, it is a person who represents the company he works for. The lady normally wears a hijab, which of course has nothing to do with bad service, but that's the only way to describe it, because I wasn't allowed to ask her name, so that I wouldn't be met with a cheeky comment. Teach employees to leave their frustrations at home and that courtesy is one of their obligations during working hours.

This place is not good for Arab people or Muslims , there is no halal food and people above each other

A good restaurant, a great place for lunch or an earlier dinner in the very center of the city. The quality has dropped slightly since the renovation. The staff is very friendly and professional, but they are nowhere near busy enough, so you often have to wait to order. Add to that the fact that the waiters no longer serve you if you sit upstairs, but you have to bring your own food on a tray, and you have to pay in advance, you get the feeling that the owner is obviously saving on the workers at the expense of your stay. Also, I don 't recommend the new food they introduced, better stick to the classics that made fine food famous fried chicken in several ways. Note for smokers: Since the entry into force of the Law on the Control and Limited Use of Tobacco, Tobacco and Other Smoking Products, smoking is completely prohibited in the building, on both floors.
