Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI absolutely love Pita Pit for their salads. They offer all of their pitas in a bowl option, with fresh vegetables and grilled meat. The staff is incredibly friendly as well.
I typically order the small chicken gyros for lunch. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty!
The service is good here, they are fast and seem good to work and a team. Eating is always good. The staff is always friendly.
I ordered a large clubhouse Pita and was disappointed to find that it only contained a small piece of bacon and a thin slice of processed turkey. The rest of the pita was filled with a large amount of salad that had a strong aroma of bagged lettuce. Overall, the meal was overpriced and underwhelming. It felt like a waste of money.
I have eaten at Pita Pit's for over 20 years, we lived right around the corner from the one on Brock St. in downtown Whitby for years.....I usually go to the one in Sarnia at least once a month,,,the person who served me today, April...26/2018 around 4pm was very friendly and the food was excellent, however as soon as I took the first bite the whole pita fell apart all over the paper, I asked for a plate, fork and knife to eat it with and was told all they could give me was a plastic fork and another piece of paper. A bowl might have helped and a spoon to go with the fork,,,it was in pieces....It took me at least 4 times the amount of time to eat my pita this way. If a server can not roll a pita properly, I think there should be an alternate plan or the person should offer to make me another one or should learn how to properly roll a pita!!! When I am shopping in that area I am looking for a quick lunch or dinner, this was absolutely neither, I was there a long time longer than I have ever been in a pita pit ever. The beauty of a pita is not only that it is a fresh, healthy meal, but wrapped and easy to eat with all flavors together and one can eat it usually quickly or even on the run...often I used to eat my pita while driving...and no mess..had today's experience happened in the car the whole pita would still be all over the place in the car and all over me. :o( Never in 20 years have I ever had a poor experience at a Pita Pit ever....I hope this never happens to anyone else....it really put a damper on my day for sure....most sincerely, Jenni S.
