The manager was cooking when I asked to help because wait so long. The lady on the front didn't want to help. I don't seem to care about the bartender. Need workers who go beyond and beyond to help. When I wanted to cancel my order when a worker who just started her shift was ready to help, and I thank her for waiting for 30 minutes.
I went to lunch. I ordered the lunch Shrimp Scampi. It came with two sides. I chose rice risotto and garden salad. I received the Cheddar biscuits for free as usual and ordered a strawberry limonade to drink. My waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and clean. I'll be back.
Our family celebrated my grandfather's 90th birthday. Manager Ken came through in an important way, so we keep his party there. The waiting staff was amazing. She treated our group nicely. The food was nice and the room was very nice and I was allowed to set up my little decorations. Thanks to Ken and your great staff at Red Lobster
The place was so short staff ..we sat at the bar . the bartender was fabulous. Victoria I think. She has a great personality and helped everyone while she did her job. She smiled during the time. I was a server for 20 years and she was excellent ..Hope they rent some good help soon. Food was also great. She also made me an excellent mudslide
Our server was nice and attentive. Garlic shrimp had no garlic flavor, through gatlic shrimp Alfredo shrimp tasted moldy. Very disappointed, had not been to one of these restaurants in a long and will not return. The coconut shrimp was really good.
