Ital Vital Rastarant - Scarborough

I came across this restaurant while doing a search on Tripadvisor, and I'm so glad I did. It's not somewhere I would have found on my own, and from the outside, it may not have looked like a place I would typically go to. However, we received the warmest welcome from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The portion sizes were huge for a reasonable price, and the small box of food we ordered served as both lunch and dinner for both of us. And to top it off, the S'mores were delicious too!

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend some time ago and I have to say... the food here is incredible. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. It's satisfying and healthy. It's everything you could ask for. This is my favorite vegan restaurant. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for?! Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

My friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner on a weekday evening and we were pleased with our experience. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The meal combinations allowed us to try multiple dishes on one plate and enjoy a range of flavors and textures. I would definitely return to eat here and would recommend it to others.

Ital Vital is a tiny restaurant located in a side street of kensington market. We went there for dinner and were more than satisfied. They have daily offers of different meals that you can mix. They offer regular size which was 3 side dishes rice and large which was 4 side dishes rice or quinoa. We took a large meal and one was more than enough for the two of us. They even added some additional salad on top of everything. Especially the chickpea stew and the fried vegetables were great but the best by far was the BBQ Soy. They furthermore offer some fresh juices. It is a great place to have a healthy dinner when you are visiting Kensington Market.

Ital Vital Vegan Rastafarian souls food,so good! For 10$ you get a box filled with delicious healthy food. The background reggae music adds to the experience and will be back there soon for some more.
