This complaint is specifically for the cleaning staff and NOT the service staff. Service staff were very kind and quick. The cleaner and his apparent “boss”, were incredibly disrespectful! If I could please be given the email to raise a formal complaint. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Giving 5 because I believe this is your best choice for a healthy snack and a variety of drinks during a transfer layover. The line starts on the right side (a joke they can 't put up a sign). Probably better to order via their app... Had a latte and sandwich and I 'm more satisfied than my previous 'top ' choice inside this airport. Went to go and get a sandwich in the airport, then noticed something scurrying across the floor in the CUSTOMER AREA, towards the kitchen. It was a mouse. In the customer lobby. Then ran into the back room. Now sitting here observing the store, it has closed it’s shutters so obviously workers have also noticed the mouse, or alarmed by the many customers’ gasps.
