Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis restaurant offers a 5-step process for a great experience. Step 1: Visit Grackle for delicious coffee and amazing food. Even as a carnivore, I enjoyed their meatless options like the burrito and buttercake. Don't forget to try their butter tart and walnut options. Step 2: Invest in a high-quality coffee grinder and espresso machine, preferably not Starfrit. Step 3: Purchase coffee beans from Grackle, specifically their drip roast. Experiment with making Americano espresso to find your favorite. Step 4: Visit Grackle daily for a satisfying cup of coffee, and consider selling your espresso machine for a French press and using their grinder for a quicker and tastier brew. Step 5: Return to Grackle in the afternoons for more great coffee, good music, and a relaxing atmosphere. I'm grateful to have found such a great spot close to home.
This coffee house serves the best coffee I have ever tasted. A visit to Schomberg would not be complete without stopping by this excellent establishment. I highly recommend trying the buttercake as well. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting.
The Grackle Coffee has a charming small town feel with a lovely outdoor area that is perfect for enjoying a sunny day. They serve branded wine and use coffee from Dark City Coffee Co in Toronto. My macchiato was perfectly balanced and delicious. For a cappuccino, I recommend getting a double shot of espresso, but the milk was perfectly frothed. They have a wide variety of delicious baked goods on display. Wifi is available, which is especially great for those not on the Bell network as Schomberg is a dead zone for Rogers.
A nice coffee shop that seems somewhat displaced from another environment. Their selection runs the usual of the various kinds of coffees, and their baked goods are pretty good as well. The interior is also well handled, and gives the impression of being somewhere else.
Living locally and needing excercise, a morning 1/2 walk to Grackle never disappoints. The coffee is excellent and I can never resist one of their baked goodies. My daughter loves the fact that they also serve gluten-free baked goods. There's always a lively combination of local and out of area people chatting and often groups of bicyclers stop by on one of their tours. Not often that a small town like Schomberg has such a great spot.
