Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSomewhere on the route between two dates I had chosen a hotel in Schwarzenbek for overnight. During an evening walk through the place I noticed this restaurant, and so I went there for dinner. Service When I entered the restaurant, I initially had the impression of a pub instead of a restaurant. Operators were not to be seen at first, so there was no welcome or even table assignment. That's how I was looking for a free table for myself and took place. Shortly afterwards, an operation came out of the background, greeted me and gave me the menu. On her question whether it is possible to drink something, I ordered a large pils (KöPi 0.5l for € 3.40. A little later, the beer was quickly served by another service, after which she brought a menage with salt and pepper as well as steakhouse pepper, also a plate, cutlery and a paper nap. Both services were friendly and accommodating, but I did not have the impression that they had enjoyed a gastronomic training. Nevertheless, shortly after serving the food, it was asked whether everything was okay, and also later when cleaning up whether it tasted. The offer of the house is mainly for steaks and carvings, with some salads. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any homepage of the restaurant and therefore no online ticket. I ordered “Herrenschnitzel, pork carving about 250 g, with roast potatoes, sauce bearnaise and two eggs, with salad supplement” (12.90 E). On the plate, as expected, there was quite large carving, then a Klecks Sauce Bearnaise. In addition, a chop of roast potatoes, half hidden among the two eggs of the mirror, and also the salad leaf, which consisted of a sheet of iceberg salad, a cucumber disc, a quarter of tomato and some corn and carrot rasp. The last two components came out of the glass or, respectively, with some certainty. Bucket, as well as the cocktail sauce. The food was hot and tasty, the roast potatoes, whose corrugation markedly betrayed the origins of the TK bag, but were thoroughly tasted with bacon and onions, so there was nothing to complain about in taste. The Schnitzel, whose preparation I had been able to follow from the kitchen by knocking noises, was tender and pleasant, but the Sauce Bearnaise was probably a very good convenience product. The mirror eggs were just right, the portion size was good for getting satt. Overall, the kitchen performance was appropriate to this pub restaurant and it was delicious. Ambience As already mentioned, the guest room rather mimicks a pub, which was underlined by the numerous old or old-made advertisements of Schultheiss Bier, Persil, Overstolz etc. on the walls. Centrally in the room of the treses of dark wood with bar stools all around, from the entrance to the right there was only a high table with bar stools and a kind of table strip along the walls, also with bar stools. On the left side of the guest room were normal tables and armchairs of dark wood, the table tops were bare and decorated only with a candle. Antic-looking lights, which were equipped with very weak lights and created a tummy atmosphere. Cleanliness In the case of cumbersome lighting, a verdict on the cleanliness of the guest room was hardly possible, but dishes, cutlery and glasses were perfectly clean. I didn't visit the toilets, so no statement is possible.
Super Location and food fantastic, it's not better.
Great restaurant/bistro with reasonable prices, unfortunately no EC payment possible.
A great store with sea-friendly staff, very cozy and the food was very delicious.
