Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visited this Popeyes at 11 AM and was extremely disappointed. It took 30 minutes to receive my chicken sandwich, only to find that my order was incorrect. To make matters worse, customers who arrived after me received their food before I did. I highly recommend choosing a different Popeyes location, as this one offers poor service and a subpar experience.

This place has the best mac and cheese made with real cheese! It’s a world apart from the mac and cheese at Popeyes in Jersey Garden Mall, which is just watery and gross. I can't believe they charge so much for that! It's an outlet mall, after all!

Food: 3/5 The fried chicken was tasty, and the Cajun fries had a good kick, making them a highlight of the meal. Service: 3/5 The service was average, no major complaints but nothing outstanding either. Atmosphere: 2/5 The dining atmosphere wasn't particularly inviting; it's more of a grab-and-go place. Overall, I’d recommend trying the fried chicken and Cajun fries if you stop by.

Bad service. long wait in drive through lane, then no reply on when my turn, drove up to the window, no apology or make up but to told me to re-queue in line.
