The ladies working are never friendly and always rushing the order. The food used to be so good so I would continue to go back regardless. But unfortunately they mess it up everytime now. I always recommend river canyon to out of towners but not anymore. I hope management takes these reviews seriously and works on the issues.
Everything just felt rushed, not a smile from the baristas. First time going there, not going back. We ordered a coffee then decided we wanted food about a minute later, and the girl made a snarky remark about us wanting to order food. There was no line, the chicken wrap was absolutely awful. I recommend going somewhere else. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 chicken wraps and it was 40 dollars. Caught me off guard with the prices too. I felt ripped off. Nothing is itemized on the receipt, we shouldn’t have even tipped. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would.
This has been a regular coffee shop for my family. The blond with the yellow notepad needs to work on her customer service. Maybe smile, maybe act like you like your job. Kind of ruins the treat of getting a coffee. I guess there are other places in town.
Local coffee house, visit almost daily for the wife. Staff always friendly. Lines can be long (great coffee I guess! But they keep it moving.
I cant speak on their drinks as I’ve never had one but I ordered a chicken salad croissant that was subpar at best. The croissant was hard and there wasn’t much chicken on it and no mayonnaise or anything on the bread. Definitely not worth the $12 it cost.
