El Poblano Restuarant - Severna Park

Food is very flavorful. I was disappointed when I saw the rice but it was so seasoned and delicious. I’m not sure what meat was served with the breakfast platter, it was supposed to be sausage. I though it was great, my kids not so much. The lady that take your order is very sweet and appreciative. The tacos didn’t include everything that we thought was included which was disappointing and since we got the food to go we couldn’t get it corrected. The dining room is lacking as they don’t keep it well lit. They had a chess set that my son really enjoyed!

Believe the other low ratings. The food isn't horrible but we have tried a few times and had bad experiences each time from online ordering not working, having to pay cash only, lights not working and sitting for an hour for breakfast tacos with nobody ahead of us.

Wonderful food, the tortas was absolutely amazing. As were the chicken tacos. The owners were very friendly and gave a wonderful family vibe. Yes the lights are out and that can be a bit off putting but if you can get past that then you’re in for some wonderful food.

Menu prices don't match what you're actually charged. Menus are covered in grease, dust, and are sticky. Orders taken from the kitchen are wildly incorrect. Food was tasteless and I got charge $4 each for Carne asada tacos filled with cilantro when the menu says 9.99 for 4 and online states 3.50. What little meat was there was dry and over cooked. probably due to the fact that there were no lights on in the restaurant at all. How can you see what you're cooking with the lights out? I used to love this restaurant. It was the closest thing I found to authentic Mexican food in MD, which was pre-covid. Now? Mi Pueblo has my business while in MD. Let me add, people have been complaining about incorrect menu prices for over a year.

Food is good but they are clearly struggling they are cooking without lights in the kitchen and the interior lacks climate control and lighting. Long wait for my pickup order today and they apparently didn't take my name down with the order as I had to try to explain what I ordered.
