The staff was friendly, fast and needs a refreshment on food safety. Let me tell you a story: It is the end of my order and I added cookies in the register and with the cash registers quick hands they dropped in and instead of a new one, they go to grab the one that fell on the floor and put it on the rest of my order. (Yes, I know the cookies are packaged in plastic, but COME ON- IT WAS ON THE FLOOR). When I set it up, just put the floor cookies in a separate bag as with the rest of my food they then looked at their employees for guidance and the guide was placed on the back counter and two new ones. Cool, floor cookies on a work table for food, cool. Well, in this time frame no one had washed the hands to grab a product from the ground and the checkout had still to get the chips for my order. So que in the bottom hands open the chip pocket, chip drawer, chip creator and then the rest of the buttons on the register. Please do not sell floor items and please wash your hands
I was skeptical, but this is really Chipotle, but WAY better! Customer service was excellent and the food is great! Chips and queso are my favorite!
Loves the Street Style Chicken Tacos. Only the complaint was the last time I had it, there was hardly a sprinkle of Cotija cheese (my fave part) and I asked for picked onions and I got clear red.
I stopped in about 45 minutes before closing time. For this reason, the food was a little less fresh and hot than it typically is. I ordered a bowl, and they only filled it halfway, so I paid around $12 for not a lot of food. A bit disappointing!
