Came here for dinner tonight and had an amazing visit. Our server was excellent, very polite and talkative, and suggested good drinks. We got an appetizer, entrees, and desserts and loved every bite. I had coupons which is pretty much the only reason we came, but I'll definitely be back. The food was hot and fresh and the menu had a wide variety of items to choose from. I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in years but it was worth going.
Visited for lunch. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The lady supplying the salad bar was very kind and kept it stocked and clean. I had the salad bar and it was delicious. The salad bar presentation was very bright and clean. The salad bar options were plenteous and each item I tried was fresh and tasty. Good, clean and fresh salad bars are hard to find- kudos to Ruby Tuesday Shelbyville- you have a great one!
An all around great dining experience in Shelbyville. I always dine here when craving a fresh salad. They always have fresh vegetables on the garden bar. I had the sirloin with asiago cooked to a perfect medium. The pepper seasoning on the steak was delicious. The mashed potatoes taste homemade and have a sinful amount of butter. The buffalo chicken is great also with hot being a true hot. The servers are always enthusiastic and go the extra mile. I would recommend this restaurant and will continue to dine here.
There are 6 floor staff, a bartender, and a manager at 8pm on a saturday, pretty slow right now. They have the bartender waiting on everyone. Me at the bar and 5 tables. Everyone else is stocking, filling salt and pepper shakers, etc... Took the poor guy 15 minutes just to get my drink order, and I'm sitting at the bar. I hope they don't split tips. Anyway, I've been to more Ruby Tuesdays than I care to count. I usually go with the Asiago steak, a burger, or the jambalaya pasta. I went with the jambalaya pasta tonight. The cooks here need to be travelling the country teaching other Ruby Tuesday cooks how to blacken things properly. Nailed it. Nailed it hard. If they hadn't been screwing over the bartender it would've been 4-4.5
