Captain's Pizza Shelton

The pizza is sssooo good. And my bartender that helped while I waited on my did was great. I think her name wa Linda.

My daughter and grands came today to cool down in the pool. We decided to order pizza from Captain's. The order was placed by phone to have it delivered(2 large pies with toppings). It took over 2 hours before we received the food, not to mention, my daughter called them 2x to find out why was it taking so long, they said it was coming soon. Then I called. The person that answered stated she was short staffed, never apologized about the delay, only stating it was in route. I stated to her, why couldn't you say this when the ordered was placed or even call us(they have the number on file)to say sorry for the delay? Dead silence on the phone. Customer service was extremely poor, which I hate. Sorry Captain's, it shouldn't be beneath you to say I'm sorry or have a system to call your customer when there's delays....when the delivery person arrived no apology from them either... The pizza was OK and of course kids love pizza good or bad, they were just happy it finally arrived.

I order from them to deliver and they have good food. Good pizza good sandwiches. Good salads. Delivery is good.

Good basic pizza restaurant. Can't go wrong eating here. Food was ? good and service was well done.
