Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Sherman

Food quality is sufficient. This franchise uses only the smallest pieces offered by commercial food service providers. Drive through ALWAYS TAKES WAY TOO LONG. This place often runs from the spicy version during normal business hours (6 of my last 8 visits). Employees, including assistants, could not take care of their customers less. Today they stood and discussed their wages before me while waiting for my food.

Several dirty tables. The blanket is badly stained. Drinking machine broken. Friendly staff. Chicken is small pieces, but good taste. Better than the KFC on the street. Not a fan of the Cole Slav. Fast service.

The drive thru was extremely slow. They didn't greet me until I said Hello. they were really struggling. the chicken was tough but the beans and rice were good. doubt I'll eat there anytime soon.

The food took quite awhile to get. There were customers waiting and orders that were missed. The chicken was smaller pieces. I'm afraid I won't go back to this Popeyes. The restaurant was very dirty, mops hanging dripping in the hall to the restroom. At the price of your meals... You should want to give better service, and keep the store clean. Sorry!!!

Asked for a 3 wing combo meal and they give me what looks like a penguin wing from the size of it. Absolutely last time I go to the Sherman, Tx location.
