The course menu has many dishes so of course you will have less beef. If you want to explore various Japanese dishes then probably this one is for you! If you love beef and want to focus on it, go for the premium beef selection!
Not really much to say. Place was exceptional. The service was as well. We reserved a table and got a private room! That was a surprise. We ordered the premium for each of us and tho the food was good, we could barely finish bc the steaks were so rich. Eating the kimchi helps cut the richness btwn each piece of steak. Despite the quality and service, the price was still less than some fine dining I've done in the US so I definitely recommend this place.
I came for the reviews and they were not wrong. Great combination of Korean BBQ experience a veeeery nice place. I booked through the Google Maps link and the experience was really smooth. The place is beautiful and the staff is incredibly kind. Also, all the kitchen staff syncs to say welcome and goodbye when you leave, which I always find as a nice thing to do. They have an English menu so it's very easy to choose. I ordered a la carte but if you don't know what to order, there's a really complete recommended set in the first page of the menu. The instructions for ordering, using the BBQ and paying are clear and the food is truly excelent. Really good value for money IMO. Everything was good but I especially recommend the premium meat cuts for yakiniku, the japanese stew and the black stone fried rice with egg. The spicy ramen was also really really good but keep in mind is big enough to be a main dish. In terms of drinks, the lemonade sour was average but the Kiwi sour was really good. My bar is way too high for Korean BBQs now, lol.
This place is always a must when in Tokyo. They are usually booked so a reservation in advance is a good idea. The meat is amazing the service is exceptional. My only regret on this visit was that I didn’t order more things!
One of the worst dining experiences in Tokyo, which I’m very sad to report as we were looking forward to this reservation for one month. Out of 6 cuts of wagyu, 4 were inedible. My partner and I missed out on half of the set menu as the meat was too chewy and unable to be eaten. I hope the restaurant aims to improve their selection of cuts in the future.
