Mcalister's Deli - Shiloh

Got SW grillled chicken and mac cheese. Had to send back the mac as it was cold. Then it was runny as soup. Had to use a spoon as cheese ran through the fork like liquid. Grilled chicken was only warm at best. A large table of children was very loud and rowdy, throwing food. Their adult chaperones were oblivious. My $15 bill should have been $4.99 at best.

Food took forever to come out seems as though there is no sense of urgency with the workers

My first time here and the staff behind the register was extremely helpful. I had a turkey and cheese with avocado and potato soup. Very tasty. The drink black cherry lemonade was the bomb! Everyone else in the party was as delighted as I! Would definitely recommend if in the mood for sandwiches soups or salads.

Great food and great customer service! Always a local favorite!

Walked in with a huge group. Super friendly and professional staff. Food was great as well.
