Dunkin' - Shreveport

Came to pick up my order and it was ok but not the standards it should've been, frozen coffee wasn't blended correctly. Ordered 2 orders of the munchkin's as I did from Kings but this time I got 2 holes and not the 3 that comes with each order.

Service is pretty quick but can't seem to get my hot coffee right, ever. Iced is always spot on though.

This is by far the best service I have ever experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient.

The drinks were prepared incorrectly and the donuts were cold and not as described, lacking icing or glaze. The manager should take more control or consider hiring a new team. It is possible that this establishment should be closed.

I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes on the ramp and had to put my parking brake on. I had even ordered ahead, but no one told me to just come inside as I would be waiting forever. Overall, it was not worth the wait.
