After six minutes, the screen at Sonic indicated that my order had been brought out. Four minutes later, I pressed the button and was informed that my order was on the way. All in all, it took about ten minutes.
I stopped by for a quick drink and placed my order without any issues. This location does have a lot of vehicles waiting for their orders outside. UPDATE: I’ve added a star! I visited again on June 12th, just before closing, and I had an amazing burger topped with chili.
I decided to give this restaurant another chance by pressing the service button and waiting for five minutes, but no one ever acknowledged me. Frustrated, I ended up going to another establishment that truly values its customers. The experience was about what you'd expect from a fast food place in North Shreveport—clueless staff and inept management. Additionally, the ice machine has been underwhelming during two of my last three visits when I tried to order a Sonic Blast. Honestly, having only half a menu is better than having no menu at all.
I enjoyed the new Dill Burger and half price milkshake. You were both great tasting. I will return soon to enjoy a great meal.
The employees were rude, because I got out the car to read the menu! Because I was not the driver. And new to this food chain.
